Roof cleaning is quoted after we look at the roof. Pitch, height, roofing material, access, and how much growth is up there all change the job, so a real number is not something we can give off a price list.
The first conversation is usually about what your roof is made of and what shape it is in. A cedar shake roof, an older asphalt shingle roof, and a metal roof are not the same, and that is what decides how we would go about it.
Results depend on where you are starting from. Growth and staining that have been in place for years may improve without the roof looking new again. We would rather tell you that up front than promise something the roof will not give you.
If the gutters need attention too, mention it when you reach out. It is common to handle both in the same visit.

Do I need to be home during the service?+
