How Specialty Projects Are Evaluated
It starts with looking at the project. The material, the type and age of the staining, how deep it has gone, and whatever has already been tried all factor into whether it is worth taking on.
From there you get a straight answer. If a surface should respond well, we will say so. If the realistic result is improvement rather than removal, we will say that instead. And if it is not something we should be putting our hands on, we will tell you that too.
Photos help a lot on these. Sending a few with your estimate request usually saves everyone time.
Results on this kind of work vary by surface. Nothing here should be read as a promise that a specific stain or surface can be fully restored.
